We send the shipping invoice; once it's paid, hats go out with tracking. In your hands in 30–45 days.

What is the minimum order?
12 hats per order, with at least 6 per color in the same style.
How long does production take?
Most orders are in your hands in 30–45 days.
Can I mix styles and colors?
Yes. Each order is 12 hats, with at least 6 per color in the same style, in any mix of sizes.
How does payment work?
Orders are paid in full when placed. Shipping is invoiced separately and paid before hats ship.
Can I get a sample?
Yes. Samples are available at a reduced price, and we can mail you a felt color swatch card.
Do you offer custom hat boxes or liners?
Yes. Custom boxes start at 100 plus shipping, and custom liners start at 200.
Do you take rush orders?
We'll work with you. Tell us your date on the call and we'll do our best to hit it.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the US every week, by air or pallet.
