The Rider:

Our proprietary signature shape — crafted for comfort, durability, and real-life riding. Can be slightly modified for personalized for brim preferences, but this hat shape works for mostly everyone.

The Process

Our Signature Shape

Every wholesale order features our proprietary Rider shape, crafted for greater comfort across a wide range of head shapes.

Open Crown Options

We also offer open crown hats for those looking to create fully customized crown and brim styles. (Reach out if you’d like more details.)

Sizing

Our hybrid fit works well for both round and long oval head shapes, making stocking simpler and customer satisfaction higher.

We also offer beaver blends for customers seeking premium feel and longevity, and pure beaver felt for those seeking the very best top-tier hats available.

Ordering & Customization

  • Minimum Order:

    24 hats per style per wholesale order, with flexible color and size options.


  • Custom Liners:

    Orders of 100 hats or more are eligible for custom liners featuring your branding.

  • Private Label:

    Larger partners can access full private label programs with custom sweatbands and liners (Minimum Order Quantity: 300 hats).

Packaging & Delivery

  • Protective Packaging:
    Every hat is shipped in 2'x4' boxes with individual trays and dust covers to prevent dust, dirt, and damage.
  • Tip for Unboxing:
    Open boxes from the bottom to keep hats neatly stacked and easily accessible.
  • Production Timeline:
    Our typical production time is about 3 weeks, with hats typically delivered within 1 month after order placement.
  • Communication:
    We stay in close communication throughout production and shipping to ensure a smooth, timely experience.

Logistics and Receiving

  • As our partnership grows, we are dedicated to finding ways to reduce shipping costs and improve delivery:
  • We split the FedEx or UPS invoice with you to help manage costs.
  • Each box (2'x4') typically costs between $200–$280 to ship. We cover half.
  • Our hats ship out of Dallas, and as we continue to grow, our goal is to establish delivery caravans heading East, North, and West — allowing us to personally deliver hats, lower costs for everyone, and strengthen relationships with our retailers.
