What is the minimum for private label cowboy hats?
Private label orders start at 100 hats. Custom liners start at 200.
How much does it cost to start a private label hat brand?
There is a one-time $3,000 brand setup fee. Using our shapes has no block cost; custom blocks are $1,500 each, and a full custom shape program is typically about $15,000.
How long does private label development take?
Development takes about 30 days. Once you approve your sample, most orders are in your hands in 30–45 days.
